Information we collect
When you submit a project inquiry we collect the details you provide: name, email, optional company, project type, optional budget, preferred language, and project details. If you create a client portal account we store your email address and display name.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, communicate about potential projects, and operate the client portal. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Data is stored with Google Firebase and protected by access rules: each account can see only its own records, and only authorised Aura Systems LK administrators can view inquiries and client project data. Spam protection may use Google reCAPTCHA.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us.
